Cloud Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Alibaba Cloud L3 Engineer with strong expertise in cloud architecture, implementation, migration, and advanced troubleshooting. The candidate will act as a technical SME, handle complex incidents, lead cloud implementations, and support business-critical workloads.

Operations & Support (L3 Level)

Handle L3-level escalations, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.

Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and cost optimization.

Ensure SLA compliance and proactive issue resolution.

Provide guidance to L1/L2 teams and review their work.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud (5+ years preferred)

Excellent knowledge of:

ECS, VPC, SLB, OSS, RDS

Linux / Windows administration

Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancer)

Experience in migration and production environments

Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills

Good communication and stakeholder management
