About the role:

We’re looking for a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimise cloud environments that drive business success. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS platforms to deliver scalable, secure, and modern infrastructure for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:        

  • Lead end-to-end cloud solution design across M365, AWS, and Azure platforms
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into architecture
  • Design secure, scalable cloud environments aligned with best practices
  • Implement and support Microsoft 365 cloud services, including Exchange, Teams, Intune, and SharePoint
  • Architect and deploy AWS workloads and environments, including networking, security, and compute
  • Deliver high-level, low-level documentation and architectural designs.
  • Provide technical leadership across cloud migrations, hybrid solutions, and automation projects
  • The ideal candidate will not only design and implement cutting-edge cloud and collaboration solutions but also act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
  • This role blends technical leadership with consulting capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, solution envisioning, and client advisory services.

Candidate requirements:

  • Must have the Baseline or NV1 Security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT and cloud architecture and Microsoft 365.
  • Proven experience as a Cloud or Solutions Architect
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
  • Advanced experience with AWS architecture and services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.)
  • Experience with Azure a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of identity, security, and compliance in cloud environments
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Relevant certifications – like AZ-104 and AZ-305 (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: M365/Azure Solutions Architect) highly regarded
