The Job :

– Designing and architecting large-scale, cloud-native AI and data-driven systems that combine innovation with reliability.

– Creating and evolving enterprise AI roadmaps that align business vision with cutting-edge technical capabilities.

– Building and scaling end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from proof-of-concept to full-scale deployment.

– Leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams through design reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance.

– Defining and enforcing AI governance frameworks for model lifecycle management, data pipelines, testing, and monitoring.

– Collaborating and influencing senior stakeholders to turn complex domain challenges into impactful, data-backed solutions.

– Exploring and experimenting with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and architectures to future-proof our technology stack.

– Driving and delivering measurable business outcomes through strategic cloud adoption and intelligent automation.

Ideal Candidate :

– You possess 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and large-scale implementation, ideally across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

– You are proficient in designing and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that solve real business problems.

– You possess hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and data engineering, with a strong grasp of distributed systems.

– You are fluent with modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, and familiar with MLOps pipelines.

– You possess a deep understanding of high-availability architecture, microservices, and data lifecycle design.

– You are skilled in translating technical strategy into business language, bridging the gap between innovation and execution.

– You possess a bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).

– You are naturally curious, constantly learning, and passionate about staying ahead of AIs evolving frontier.
