Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and online consultations
- Understand prospective clients’ goals, challenges, and health concerns through structured conversations
- Clearly communicate program offerings, benefits, outcomes, and enrollment processes
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with potential clients
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to support decision-making and improve conversions
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/sales tracking systems
- Coordinate closely with the Founder and internal team regarding lead status and conversion progress
- Support client onboarding and smooth handover after enrollment
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in:
- Sales
- Inside Sales
- Business Development
- Tele-calling
- Academic/Program Counseling
- Customer Success
- Other client-facing roles
- Strong verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Ability to build rapport and guide conversations with professionalism and clarity
- Comfortable handling objections and following a structured sales process
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and accountable in day-to-day execution
- Comfortable working with targets and performance expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, coaching, education, or service-based businesses
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- Immediate availability or short notice period
