Casual Website Designer (Web & UI/UX)

Job Description

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing high-converting landing pages, websites, and user interfaces (UI/UX)
• Advanced proficiency using Figma for responsive web and UI/UX design
• Basic understanding of website design and web development principles
• Japanese language skills are highly desirable
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms to accelerate workflows
• Strong visual design skills and sharp attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with website design, landing page creation, and UI/UX optimization projects
• Design intuitive user journeys and responsive wireframes/prototypes in Figma
• Create digital marketing assets, web banners, and promotional materials
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to optimize web design and content creation initiatives
• Maintain visual and design consistency across all digital platforms and websites
• Participate in brainstorming and creative development sessions for digital campaigns
