About the Role

We are hiring for one of our clients seeking an experienced C Programmer to contribute to structured engineering initiatives focused on improving AI-assisted software development systems. This role involves designing technical coding scenarios, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and ensuring high-quality model performance within real-world programming contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design structured C programming prompts and evaluation scenarios
• Review and assess AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices
• Identify technical inaccuracies and provide corrective guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and research stakeholders
• Document findings and maintain detailed technical evaluation reports
• Stay current with evolving AI-assisted development methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in C programming
• Professional-level written and verbal English proficiency for documentation and collaboration
• Strong analytical, debugging, and code review skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to AI-assisted development tools or model evaluation
• Prior experience working in remote engineering teams
