Job Description

Your role will provide hands-on specialist support, aiming to enhance organisational efficiency across multiple departments, deliver high levels of service and offer end-user support for ongoing systems and customer service improvements throughout the organisation.

You will have qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), together with demonstrated experience supporting enterprise business applications in a complex ICT environment. Experience in local government will be highly regarded.

You will bring strong technical skills, including:

  • Experience supporting Civica Authority ERP or similar enterprise systems.
  • Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and SQL Server.
  • PowerShell, SQL, Python, APIs, and automation technologies.
  • Power BI dashboard and reporting development.
  • Experience with ESRI and Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) is desirable.
