We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights that directly influence strategic business decisions. This role goes beyond traditional reporting—it demands a proactive problem solver capable of designing scalable data models, identifying trends before they emerge, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to unlock new growth opportunities. Key Qualifications:

  • Proven Expertise in Data Modeling & Visualization: Demonstrated experience building robust, dynamic dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, with an ability to customize solutions tailored to different stakeholders’ needs.
  • Advanced SQL Mastery: Comfortable writing complex queries for data extraction and transformation across large, sometimes fragmented databases, including experience optimizing query performance.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving with Business Context: Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data to deliver comprehensive insights.
  • Experience with Data Warehousing Concepts: Knowledge of data architecture principles and hands-on involvement with ETL pipelines, ensuring data integrity and consistency for accurate reporting.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Proven track record working closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to identify key performance indicators and measure business outcomes effectively.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to distill technical findings into concise, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences, influencing decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity & Adaptability: Experience navigating evolving business needs and data environments, demonstrating flexibility and curiosity to learn new tools or methodologies rapidly.
