Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and engage decision-makers, including business owners, directors, operations managers, and IT stakeholders.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings to understand client technology challenges and business goals.
- Present managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, Microsoft 365, backup, and IT consulting solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Attend networking events, business forums, and industry events when required.
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience selling IT services, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or other technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
