Business Development Head

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic business development initiatives for property tokenization and blockchain-related projects.
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporate clients, strategic partners, investors, and professional advisors.
• Prepare professional business proposals, investment decks, financial presentations, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate project implementation across internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Assist management in business planning, strategic decision-making, and commercial negotiations.
• Present business solutions confidently to clients, investors, regulators, and partners.
• Support fundraising, partnership development, and corporate expansion initiatives.
• Ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high professional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant working experience in:
  • Business Development
  • Corporate Strategy
  • Financial Services
  • Investment
  • Capital Markets
  • Corporate Advisory
  • Management Consulting
  • FinTech or Blockchain industries
• Experience managing commercial or financial projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in blockchain, digital assets, Web3, or tokenization is an added advantage.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong project coordination and operational management skills.
• Excellent business presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.
• Commercial negotiation and relationship management.
• Financial literacy with the ability to understand business models and investment structures.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
