Business Development Executive – Fresher

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Visit colleges and universities across Visakhapatnam to generate new business
2. Meet and build relationships with placement officers, HODs, and principals
3. Present our training programs and negotiate partnership terms
4. Close tie-ups and meet monthly business targets
5. Maintain follow-ups and manage the college relationship pipeline
6. Report daily field activity and progress to the management team

Other requirements

1. Graduates in any discipline; freshers are welcome

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Telugu

3. Willing to travel daily across Visakhapatnam

4. Confident, self-driven, and comfortable meeting new people

5. Two-wheeler with a valid license is preferred
