Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through research, networking, and outbound efforts
  • Conduct cold calling to identify and qualify prospective clients
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements
  • Deliver compelling presentations showcasing company products/services
  • Prepare and submit customized proposals based on client needs
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in coordination with the sales team
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth handover to delivery/account management teams
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and pipeline status in CRM
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
