Business Analyst Team Leader

Your New Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a team of technical and business analysts to deliver high‑quality data, reporting and analysis outcomes.
• The design, build, validation and quality assurance of regular, projection‑based and scenario‑driven reporting products.
• Overseeing data analysis activities, including validation, assurance and interpretation, to support accurate and timely decision‑making.
• Managing reporting deliverables using advanced Excel, SQL and SAS, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing products.
• Engaging with stakeholders, prioritising work, and adapting delivery in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

What You Will Need to Succeed

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring technical or data analysts to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong data and technical capability, including advanced Excel skills and hands‑on experience using SQL and/or SAS for reporting and analysis.
• The ability to design, deliver and assure complex reporting products, including projection and scenario‑based analysis.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and adaptability skills to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
