Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will sit between business and delivery, playing a critical role in translating business needs into effective technical solutions. You will be involved in a range of initiatives, contributing to the end-to-end delivery of digital products and services within a complex health environment.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, validate and translate requirements
• Supporting end-to-end delivery of technology products and services
• Analysing system interactions, including how data is exchanged across platforms and integrations
• Contributing to API-related analysis, ensuring effective communication between systems
• Supporting solution design with consideration for UI/UX principles and user-centred outcomes
• Assisting in the delivery of new initiatives across digital health programs
• Bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery teams
  

What you’ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Technical or IT Business Analyst
• Exposure to digital health or healthcare environments (highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data exchange between platforms
• Experience delivering technology products and services end-to-end
• Exposure to UI/UX design principles and working alongside design teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work across multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
