Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and produce various internal marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and internal newsletters/memos, ensuring brand consistency across all elements.
- Assist in the upkeep and application of the corporate visual identity. This includes creating or modifying simple graphic assets and ensuring the correct usage of the company logo across all corporate collateral.
- Develop creative materials (e.g., banners, signage) for internal company events, training sessions, and town halls.
Content & Social Media Management
- Social Media Content Creation (Generate innovative and relevant written, graphic, and short video content optimized for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Manage the content calendar, scheduling and deploying posts across all relevant social media channels.
- Assist in tracking and reporting basic metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, reach) to gauge content performance and audience engagement.
- Draft clear, compelling, and error-free copy for digital and print materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Asset & Administration Management
- Organization & Library Maintenance: Systematically catalogue, tag, and update all final marketing materials (e.g., design files, high-resolution images, videos, approved copy documents) in a central digital asset management (DAM) system or shared drive.
- Access Control: Manage access permissions and ensure team members are using the most current, approved versions of all brand assets.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors (e.g., printers, freelance designers) for production and delivery of marketing assets, ensuring adherence to quality and deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing or design support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools like Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
