Job Description
The role:
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who understands both brand and commercial performance within a modern consumer business.
You’ll be involved across:
- Brand strategy and campaign direction
- eCommerce growth and customer acquisition
- Paid media and agency management
- EDM and retention initiatives
- Organic social media and content strategy
- Influencer and partnership activity
- Creative shoots and campaign execution
- Marketing team leadership and development
- Reporting and performance analysis
About You
- Strong experience within an eCommerce-first or Direct-to-Consumer business (essential)
- Proven experience in a Brand Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, or similar role
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of how marketing drives growth
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and digital performance
- Comfortable leading both strategy and execution
- Experience managing agencies, creative partners, and internal teams
- Strong creative judgement and communication skills
Experience within a high-growth consumer, fashion, lifestyle, footwear, beauty, or eCommerce brand will be highly regarded.
