Job Responsibilities
- Develop, expand, and maintain our core visual identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
- Create and update comprehensive brand guideline documents ensuring a cohesive presence across all channels (web, social, print, and presentations).
- Design compelling, high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, sales decks, event launches, and social media.
- Partner with the marketing and growth teams to develop landing pages, email templates, and advertising units that convert and align with visual standards.
- Continuously research market trends and competitor visual strategies to keep our brand fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in brand design, visual communication, or marketing design (preferably with a focus on tech, SaaS, or e-commerce).
- A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in developing brand identity systems, layout design, typography, and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present creative concepts and rationale to team members over video.
- Ability to balance out-of-the-box creativity with a clear understanding of strategic business and brand objectives.
- Experience with motion design (After Effects), video editing, or building web-based brand assets (Webflow/HTML)
