Brand & Design Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will help create and manage the visual expression of the brand across the business.

You will be responsible for:

• Producing professional-level photography and videography for products, lifestyle content, brand storytelling, website use, campaigns, retail, social media and digital advertising
• Editing video content, including reels, short-form content, campaign videos, product storytelling, motion assets and brand films
• Designing and maintaining website assets, with strong working knowledge of Shopify and how visual presentation affects customer experience, brand perception and conversion
• Creating digital marketing and advertising assets that are visually strong, brand-aligned and appropriate for each platform
• Bringing packaging, labels, print collateral, point-of-sale materials and branded documents together from concept through to finished formats
• Supporting our retail outlets with visual assets, displays, signage, point-of-sale materials and other brand presentation needs
• Creating selected social and content assets as part of the wider brand story, particularly where strong design, photography, videography or brand presentation is required
• Helping uphold brand standards across the organisation, including typography, imagery, layout, tone, visual consistency and overall presentation
• Managing external design support when required, including outsourced or offshore creative teams
• Preparing clear briefs, guiding creative work, checking details and ensuring final outputs remain aligned, elevated and on brand
• Meeting deadlines for campaign assets and ensuring creative work is delivered on time and to standard
• Staying ahead of digital design trends, content formats, AI tools and emerging creative technology
• Being ahead of the AI curve and knowing how to use AI intelligently as a creative support tool, while understanding that taste, discernment, originality and human connection cannot be automated
