Branch Manager

About the role
Working with an established leadership team, the successful candidate will oversee service, projects, sales, retail and operations while ensuring the branch continues to deliver high-quality irrigation and water-management solutions across .

Duties

• Lead branch performance across revenue, profitability and cost control
• Support managers across service, sales, projects and operations
• Develop long-term relationships with commercial, civil, government and infrastructure customers
• Oversee project delivery, inventory management and operational performance
• Manage escalated customer, supplier and employee matters

Skills & Experience

• Senior leadership experience within irrigation, civil construction, infrastructure, landscaping, utilities or capital equipment
• Demonstrated commercial and financial management capability, including P&L ownership
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across operations, projects, service and sales
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
