About The Role

Joining a collaborative team as a Backend Developer, you’ll dive into the full software development lifecycle – designing, building and fine‑tuning the backend services that power our digital ecosystem. You’ll get hands‑on with modern tech, contribute to new features and help keep our backend infrastructure humming.

As a Backend Developer, You Will

  • Contribute to a maintainable, high-quality and performant codebase.
  • Optimise backend services for scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering team members and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Contribute to technical discussions and share knowledge to lift team capability.
  • Contribute to technical solution designs and product ideas.
  • Apply modern engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.

You’ll Additionally Need

  • Proven experience in software development with strong backend expertise ideally 3+ years.
  • .NET expertise is essential – deep experience with C# and .NET Core.
  • Strong foundation in object-oriented design and building RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with agile practices, Test Driven Development and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Vagrant).
  • Experience with virtualization and infrastructure-as-code principles.
