Job Description
Responsibilities
- Nurture and Convert inbound B2B Leads
- Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and retail partners
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, RWAs, and commercial clients
- Pitch Neo Elect’s solar lighting products and close deals
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and support
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably electrical, lighting, solar, or hardware)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in field sales / channel sales preferred
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of solar or electrical products is a plus
- Comfortable with travel within the city/region
