Job Description

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will partner with Cyber Security, Service Delivery and Technology teams to improve endpoint health, strengthen security outcomes and enhance the employee experience. Your work will directly contribute to protecting and modernising CBUS’ technology estate through automation, continuous improvement and the adoption of modern management practices, while also supporting broader cloud and infrastructure initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and support Microsoft Intune, SCCM, endpoint security, patching and device compliance across Windows and macOS environments.
  • Support Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 services while contributing to cloud infrastructure initiatives.
  • Drive endpoint vulnerability management activities, working with Cyber Security and technology teams to prioritise and remediate risks.
  • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Bash and infrastructure-as-code principles to improve operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation while mentoring support teams and delivering excellent customer-focused technical support.
