Job Description

Your new role

• Architect and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions on Azure
• Build intelligent agents using Azure AI Semantic Kernel, vector memory, and orchestration patterns
• Design scalable AI pipelines, LLM integrations, and model optimisation workflows
• Lead customer workshops, define AI strategies, and guide multi-year transformation programs
• Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to delivery teams

What you’ll need to succeed

• 10+ years’ IT experience, including 5+ years on Azure
• Strong Python engineering skills for LLM workflows and orchestration
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and vector databases
• Practical knowledge of agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and enterprise governance
• Experience working in distributed, containerised environments (Kubernetes, Git)
