Automation and Software engineer

Job Description

Tasks:

• Develop and program efficient automation systems that automate gentle processes for live fish
• Lead projects from conception to implementation, ensuring that all phases of the project are delivered according to deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with customers and suppliers to understand requirements and implement effective solutions
• Work interdisciplinary with teams from e.g. mechanical, electrical, biology and process and systems to integrate different disciplines in the projects
• Further develop internal tools and work processes to optimize efficiency and quality of work

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Technical vocational school, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in automation, cybernetics, computer or equivalent
• Good and relevant experience can compensate for a lack of education
• Preferably work experience with PLC programming (Codesys, Omron/Siemens) and/or SCADA solutions (Ignition)
