Associate Product Designer- UI/UX

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Own the UI/UX Design delivery for the assigned project.

2. Be a part of client calls and understand client requirements.

3. Evaluate client requirements and develop Information Architecture, application

flow diagrams, wireframes, mock-ups, user journeys, and personas.

4. Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, competitor evaluation, Heuristic evaluation, and other research methods and produce comprehensive reports

5. Create a User Personas document by analyzing user goals, pain points, frustration pain points, Demographics based on user research

6. Focus on creating reusable user experience and maintain a library of components, icons, colours, and fonts used throughout the product.

7. Transform Product goals into a set of beautiful, easy-to-use, and accessible designs, such as a set of app screens.

8. Provide and solicit critique on your designs as well as the designs of your teammates;

9. Take ownership of design documentation and handoff processes, ensuring comprehensive and clear records of design decisions and assets for seamless transfer to development teams.

10. Meet the performance goals as defined periodically.
