Associate Design Architect

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-end design phases from feasibility through to town planning submission
• Manage project programs, resources, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director to deliver high-quality design outcomes
• Oversee and mentor a small internal design team to ensure project excellence

Skills & Experience

• Experience in multi-residential projects within architecture 
• Strong capability in feasibility studies and driving concept design outcomes
• Confidence working with planning frameworks and exposure to VCAT processes
• Proficiency in Revit with strong documentation and coordination skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
