Responsibilities:

1. Understand client requirements and recommend the most appropriate property solutions.
2. Arrange and lead property site visits to help clients evaluate each option effectively.
3. Keep comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
4. Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture interest and drive conversions.
5. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal progression and timely closures.
6. Acquire thorough knowledge of company projects, pricing, and key features to communicate confidently with clients.
7. Address client queries promptly and provide high-quality support to develop long-term client relationships.
