Job Description

Responsibilities

• Community Growth: Identify, reach out to, and onboard new members, particularly professionals, job seekers, students, immigrants, and international communities.
• Community Engagement: Welcome members, start conversations, respond to posts, encourage participation, and keep the GoMigro platform active and valuable.
• Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute creative campaigns, collaborations, events, and experiments to grow the community.
• Videos & Content: Support community and founder-led content and be comfortable participating in or appearing in videos.
• Podcasts & AMAs: Help conceptualise and execute podcasts, AMAs, and interviews including guest research, outreach, coordination, recording, and promotion.
• Special Projects: Work directly with the Founder on priority initiatives and take projects from idea to execution.
• Partnership Outreach: Build relationships with student groups, professional networks, immigrant organisations, creators, ambassadors, and other potential partners.
• Growth Tracking: Monitor community growth and engagement and identify practical opportunities to improve results
