Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership
  • Partner with business teams to understand their objectives and provide operational HR support aligned to business priorities.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies related to workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining and analyzing HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, etc.).
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Be the first point of contact for employees, resolving concerns empathetically while maintaining organizational discipline.
  • Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and pulse actions from Amber insights and feedback forums.
  • Assist in managing disciplinary processes, performance improvement plans, and grievance handling under guidance of the Regional HRBP.
  • Performance & Talent Management
  • Coordinate the performance management cycle, ensuring timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
  • Support talent identification and development interventions such as learning programs, mentoring, and succession discussions.
  • Maintain accurate talent data and facilitate calibration discussions.
  • HR Operations & Policy Implementation
  • Ensure seamless execution of HR programs such as onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exit processes.
  • Communicate and implement HR policies consistently across the business.
  • Partner with the HR shared services and CoEs (Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, etc.) to ensure high-quality HR delivery.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
  • Actively promote GPL’s inclusive culture through participation in DEI initiatives such as CREW, Queers & Allies, and other employee networks.
  • Support leadership in driving representation and inclusion across levels.
