Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies for the Wellness Pet Nutrition category.
- Coordinate advertising and promotional activities.
- Manage digital and physical marketing content and strategy.
- Own social media content and strategy for the Wellness portfolio.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders including subsidiaries, Global Business, Consumer Innovation Centres (New Product Teams) and Senior Management.
- Manage the brand(s) annual budget process.
- Conduct sales and market share analysis and regularly monitor pricing and competitive activity using internal data, market data or vendorāsupplied research.
- Provide administrative support, including PO generation, A&P spend management, and price list management.
- Work collaboratively in a fastāpaced, ambiguous environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data and analytics; ability to tell stories based on insights.
- Ability to connect the dots with curiosity and drive a growth mindset.
- Experience managing budgets and marketing spend.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with omnichannel retailing, digital shopper experiences, and building brands in a rapidly changing environment.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fastāpaced environment with ambiguity.
