Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Support the lead teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students.
2. Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
3. Implement effective Classroom Management techniques to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
4. Provide individualized support to students who may need extra help or attention.
5. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives.
6. Monitor student progress and communicate with parents and guardians as needed.
7. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
