Your New Role

You will lead the end‑to‑end electrical design process, ensuring all outputs meet industry standards, technical requirements, and client expectations. You’ll champion quality, optimise design workflows, and support seamless project execution across timelines, budgets, and resources. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading electrical design development, quality assurance, and technical governance.
• Collaborating closely with clients, utility providers, authorities, and integrated project teams.
• Providing tender support, design documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Guiding and mentoring electrical designers, promoting early communication and effective teamwork.
• Contributing to business development through client engagement and input into bids and proposals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong experience delivering and managing complex electrical designs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven quality assurance capability, including reviewing technical documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across clients, utilities, councils, and internal teams.
• High technical proficiency across electrical design, construction, and relevant engineering software.
