Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to US-based leads and prospects
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
  • Follow up on leads via call, email, and WhatsApp/chat
  • Reminder calls and appointment setting
  • Other misc. sales support tasks as assigned
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
  • Handle objections professionally and escalate when needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English with neutral/US-friendly accent — fluency is a top priority
  • Must be comfortable making cold/outbound calls to leads
  • Comfortable working night shift, 5–6 days/week (compulsory, non-negotiable)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work setup for remote calling
  • Basic CRM and computer proficiency
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, good listening skills
