Job Description
The Role
You’ll be leading a small, talented team of developers and support analysts focused on improving the performance, reliability, and innovation of the firm’s key systems, including:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (plus legacy AX)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- SharePoint Online, Azure DevOps & other enterprise tools
- Bespoke business apps across HRIS, CRM, finance, and audit
You’ll also drive the firm’s data strategy, building intuitive dashboards, ensuring reliable data architecture, and leveraging AI and automation tools (e.g. Copilot Studio, Azure AI, RPA) to unlock smarter decision-making across the business.
Your Impact
- Lead and mentor a tight-knit dev/support team
- Oversee system integrations, solution design, and delivery of digital projects
- Act as a key interface between tech and business stakeholders
- Champion best practices across development, data governance, and DevOps
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance/AX) and Power Platform
- Hands-on experience building Power Apps and Power BI dashboards
- Understanding of data integration, APIs, and governance frameworks
- Comfortable managing delivery and mentoring a small technical team
- Bonus points for experience with AI/automation tools and previous exposure to the accounting or professional services sector
