About the Role:

We’re looking for an App Developer who’s not just writing code but actively shaping the user experience. If you’ve shipped real features into the wild, defended your UX decisions in front of product teams, and have strong opinions about error handling on flaky networks, we want to talk to you.

This is not a maintenance role — you’ll be building new features from scratch, collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and sometimes customer support. We value ownership and clear communication more than buzzwords.

What You’ll Do:

  • Architect and develop app features for both iOS and Android (React Native or Kotlin/Swift native experience welcome).
  • Optimize performance, especially on older devices and slower connections.
  • Implement real-time syncing and offline fallback behavior — no “loading forever” spinners.
  • Translate Figma mockups into polished, responsive interfaces while pushing back where UX doesn’t make sense.
  • Work closely with QA to identify edge cases — we expect you to write your own UI test cases for critical flows.
  • Handle app store submission, crash analytics (e.g. Firebase), and release cycles.

What You Should Have:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience building apps used in production, not side projects.
  • Proven experience implementing secure login (OAuth2, biometrics, etc.) and persistent user sessions.
  • Demonstrated comfort with mobile app lifecycles, from cold start to background mode, across different OS versions.
  • Solid understanding of native APIs — you’ve used the camera, background sync, and local storage without Googling “how.”
  • Familiarity with real-world version control, code reviews, and branch hygiene — not just “pushed to main and hoped.”
