Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative animator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in both 2D and 3D animation to create high-quality, compelling visuals for a variety of media platforms. From character animations to complex motion graphics, the animator will be responsible for transforming concepts and stories into captivating visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, animate, and bring to life characters, environments, and assets in 2D/3D for various projects.
• Collaborate with directors, designers, and other team members to ensure animations align with project goals and visual storytelling.
• Produce high-quality, fluid animations that reflect the style and tone of the project.
• Work within deadlines and adapt to changing project needs while maintaining high standards of creativity and technical accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and optimize animation pipelines, ensuring efficient workflows.
• Maintain an organized project file structure and deliver animations in a range of formats for production.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional animation experience with a portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D animation projects, including character design, motion graphics, and environmental animation.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Toon Boom Harmony, Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of animation, including timing, pacing, and character motion.
  • Advanced knowledge of rigging and skinning for 3D models.
  • Experience with compositing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
  • Strong drawing skills and an understanding of anatomy and gesture in character animation.
  • Comfortable working with storyboards and pre-visualization.
• Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to think conceptually and bring creative, compelling animations to life that enhance storytelling.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly within a creative team.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in movement, facial expressions, and textures.
• Problem Solving: Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges or changes in project scope.
