Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Analyst Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, designing system specifications, and developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking and hands-on programming skills to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document software requirements.
  • Design, code, test, and maintain custom applications and system enhancements.
  • Analyze existing systems and programs to identify improvements, upgrades, or automation opportunities.
  • Create technical documentation, including specifications, diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Conduct system and application testing to ensure functionality, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable software solutions.
  • Ensure all development follows best practices and complies with organizational and industry standards.
  • Provide user support and training where required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience preferred in software development or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
    • Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
    • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
    • Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems like ERP or CRM.
