Analyst & Data Scientist opportunities

Job Description

We are looking for a curious and analytical team members with a strong foundation in statistics and hands-on experience working with data at scale. You will be curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. 

Some of the key responsibilities in the role involves

• Exploring and analysing large datasets identifying trends, relationships, and outliers 
• Applying core statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, hypothesis testing, descriptive statistics) to extract insights and support decision-making 
• Building clear, insightful reports and dashboards in BI to communicate findings to stakeholders 
• Assisting with data preparation and exploratory analysis to support clean, accurate datasets for use in models and reports 
• Performing data cleaning, transformation, and validation using internal tools and standard techniques 
• Assisting in the development and validation of data pipelines that support scalable analytical and machine learning models 
• Collaborating with business and product teams to frame questions analytically and help shape data-driven solutions 
• Documenting analysis processes and presenting findings in a structured and reproducible manner 

To be successful in the role you will bring:

• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation 
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis 
• Experience with PySpark / SQL for working with large datasets in Databricks or similar platforms 
• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) 
• Strong problem-solving and inquisitive thinking skills 
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
