As an Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and our development team. You’ll work collaboratively to understand and document requirements, support the development lifecycle, and ensure we deliver effective and valuable solutions.
About The Role
As an Analyst, you will:
- Collect and analyse business input to understand user and stakeholder needs.
- Define the scope of development initiatives and support the full development lifecycle.
- Compile clear documentation and perform detailed analysis to support solution design and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the team to groom features and prioritize requirements effectively.
- Facilitate post-project evaluations and retrospectives to support continuous improvement.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Previous experience in Business or Systems Analysis, ideally within the Finance or Insurance sector.
- Proven ability to analyse data, draw business-relevant conclusions, and present insights using data visualisation tools and techniques.
- Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal English skills, including technical writing.
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering great user experiences.
