Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Develop, update, and maintain WordPress websites using modern design and development practices.

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and business workflows.

• Build AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, automated content generation, and workflow automations.

• Create engaging website content with the help of AI while ensuring quality and accuracy.

• Improve website performance, SEO, and user experience.

• Research emerging AI tools and recommend innovative ways to apply them in business.

• Support digital marketing initiatives through AI-assisted content creation and website enhancements.

• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, plugin management, and website maintenance.

• Work closely with experienced team members on real client and internal digital projects.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

• Experience using WordPress, either through school projects, freelance work, or personal websites.

• Curious about AI and eager to learn how businesses are applying it.

• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress page builders (e.g. Elementor) is an advantage.

• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Canva, or automation tools such as Zapier or Make is a plus.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the confidence to explore new technologies.
