Your new role

You’ll be a founding engineer in a small, high‑performing AI team building production‑ready AI solutions at speed. This is a hands‑on role where you own the full lifecycle, shaping the problem with clients, designing the architecture, building working solutions, and explaining the technical trade‑offs directly to senior decision‑makers.

You’ll focus on agentic AI, LLM integrations, and data‑driven applications, delivering real, usable outcomes in days rather than months. This is not a back‑office build role. You’ll be trusted as the technical authority in the room, combining strong engineering judgment with clear, pragmatic communication.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Hands‑on engineering strength, with the ability and appetite to build full‑stack, production‑ready applications and stay deep in the code.
• Strong Python backend expertise, ideally using modern frameworks, with solid fundamentals across APIs, data handling, and system design.
• Practical AI and LLM experience, integrating models into real‑world applications such as agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and tool‑driven systems.
• Clear architectural judgement, able to make sound trade‑off decisions quickly and articulate them confidently to senior technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, thriving in environments where problems are loosely defined and speed of delivery matters.
• Client‑facing confidence, able to present and defend solutions — not just demos — to senior engineers, architects, and CTO‑level audiences.
• Strong ownership and collaboration, bringing accountability, momentum, and impact in a small team where every contribution counts.
