AI Evaluation Engineering

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Debug and validate complex engineering workflows inside Linux-based terminal environments
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot applications running in Docker containers
• Investigate multi-step backend issues and identify root causes with minimal guidance
• Execute and evaluate technical workflows designed to benchmark frontier AI systems
• Work on challenging engineering tasks that require structured reasoning and production-level debugging skills

What we’re looking for:

• Production-level proficiency in Python
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker (building, running, and debugging containers)
• Comfortable working entirely from the Linux command line
• Excellent debugging and analytical problem-solving skills
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week
