AI Behaviour Developer

Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance AI behaviours
• Augment, integrate and document changes to existing AI behaviours
• Develop supporting documentation
• Support laboratory testing of software

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficiency in autonomous decision-making algorithms
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++ or similar languages used for autonomy development
• Ability to design explainable, robust, and verifiable classical AI models
• Knowledge of verification and validation techniques for AI-enabled systems

Desirable aerospace & EW knowledge:

• Understanding of aircraft dynamics and avionics.
• Basic understanding of electromagnetic environments
