Job Description

About the Role

You’ll work directly with the GM and our existing developer to design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows and automation that change how this business operates. Not proof-of-concepts. Not slide decks. Real tools that real people use every day.

There’s no rigid brief here. You’ll identify opportunities, propose solutions, and own the build from idea to deployment. If something’s broken, slow, or still being done manually — that’s your canvas.

On any given week you might be building an agent that replaces a repetitive process, spinning up an n8n pipeline that connects multiple systems and triggers AI decisions, or extending our internal business platform with new logic and integrations.

A big part of this role is getting under the skin of how we operate — learning the business, understanding where the friction is, and using that knowledge to build things that actually make a difference. The people who’ll thrive here are the ones who are as curious about the business as they are about the tech.

The door is open. The appetite is there. We just need the talent.

What You’ll Build

  • AI agents and multi-step automation pipelines that run inside a real operational business
  • Integrations between our internal platform, external systems, and AI models
  • Lead generation and business development automation
  • Email intelligence and communication workflows
  • Whatever else you can see that we can’t — seriously

What We’re Looking For

This isn’t a learning role technically — we want someone who’s already deep in this space. But it is a role where you’ll learn a business inside out and have real commercial impact from day one.

  • You’ve shipped multiple AI-powered tools, agents, or automation pipelines — and you can talk through exactly how they work
  • APIs are second nature — REST, JSON, auth, chaining services, you don’t need to Google any of it
  • You’ve built with LLMs at a serious level — prompt engineering, multi-step agents, tool calling, retrieval, the works
  • n8n is your playground, or you’ve used something equivalent and can pick it up in a week
  • Python is fluent, not functional
  • You understand databases — not just querying them, but how to structure data so systems actually work cleanly together
