AI and Automation Engineer

Job Description

We are currently seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to build AI Assistants & Agentic Workflows and to Automate Engineering & Network Workflows.

Skills and experience:

• Experience in Software-network engineering, automation or AI/ML roles
• Experience building, debugging & scaling automation workflows, scripts or infrastructure-as-code pipelines
• Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies
• Strong programming skills for automation and experience in Software-Network Delivery lifecycle.
• Experience in Automation & Orchestration – experience with Ansible – writing, structuring & scaling playbooks-roles and Python for network-process automation.
• Experience in Generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG & AI assistant lifecycle management
• Experience CI/CD & DevOps Practices: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD & version control.
• Experience in Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud platforms & containerised applications – Red Hat OpenShift
• Experience in Data: Data handling, processing, and transformation.
• Experience in telecom, networking, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience in workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence or SharePoint.
• Experience in FTTx Access Network: GPON/XGSPON (OLT, ONT), Intent-Based or Networking.
• FTTx EMS Applications: Containerised (AAC), Virtualised (ACS, AMS).
