AEM Engineer

Job Description

The Role:

You will be a hands-on Front End Engineer, contributing to the design and delivery of responsive, high-quality web applications. Working closely with product, UX, backend engineers, and architecture teams, you will help shape customer experiences while ensuring engineering best practices are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript and ReactJS
• Integrate with downstream and RESTful APIs
• Customise and extend Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, including Adaptive Forms
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and design
• Contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years of strong front-end engineering experience
• Hands-on expertise with JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and Redux
• Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Adaptive Forms and custom component development
• Solid understanding of system architecture, including application, infrastructure, network, and security layers
• Familiarity with best-practice standards and design patterns
• Desirable, exposure to Java and Spring Boot API development
