Admission Counsellor
Job Description
responsibilities
- Act as a career mentor and trusted advisor for prospective learners.
- Counsel students and working professionals to help them choose the right online or distance degree program aligned with their career goals.
- Explain how CareerHike can accelerate their career growth through curated online education.
- Own the entire sales lifecycle for assigned leads from first contact to final enrollment.
- Make outbound calls, follow-ups, mass campaigns, virtual product demos, and close admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM and share regular feedback with the reporting manager.
Preferred candidate profile
- Up to 2 years of sales experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and presentation abilities.
- Highly disciplined, target-driven, and self-motivated individual.
- Ability to build strong rapport with learners using patience, empathy, and trust.
- Comfortable working in a competitive, performance-oriented environment
