Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development:
  • Build and maintain responsive, interactive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .
  • Translate UI\/UX designs into fully functional, clean, and efficient code.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI\/UX designs and provide feedback to design teams when necessary.
  • UI\/UX Design Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with designers to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
    • Participate in user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for design improvements.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
    • Responsive Design:
      • Ensure all websites are fully responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
      • Cross\-Browser Compatibility:
        • Test and ensure compatibility across different browsers and platforms.
        • Code Quality and Maintenance:
          • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
          • Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
          • Collaboration & Agile Workflows:
            • Work closely with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment.
            • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
              RequirementsQualifications:
              • Technical Skills:
                • Strong proficiency in HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript .
                • Experience with modern front\-end frameworks like React , Vue.js , or Angular .
                • Solid understanding of CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS).
                • Familiarity with responsive web design principles.
                • Experience with UI\/UX design tools such as Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD .
                • Knowledge of version control systems like Git .
                • Basic understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js , RESTful APIs ) is a plus.
                • Design Skills:
                  • Strong eye for design with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
                  • Ability to create pixel\-perfect designs and prototypes based on user feedback.
                  • Understanding of user\-centered design principles and the ability to translate them into functional code.
                  • Soft Skills:
                    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
                    • Excellent problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail.
                    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment.
                    • A strong portfolio showcasing your frontend development and UI\/UX design work is highly preferred.
                      Preferred Qualifications:
                      • Experience with CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
                      • Familiarity with design systems and design tokens .
                      • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementing accessible web designs.
                      • Experience in agile methodologies and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
