Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to develop new packaging formats and print solutions
• Evaluate die-lines, substrates, and finishing options for production feasibility
• Oversee mock-up/sample creation and manage client approvals
• Maintain NPD trackers and ensure timely execution of development milestones
• Collaborate with design, production, and QA teams for seamless handover
  

Candidate Profile:

• 3–6 years of experience in NPD within offset printing or packaging
• Strong understanding of mono cartons, inserts, and rigid box construction
• Familiarity with materials, die-line creation, and finishing processes
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
