Accountabilities

Project management

• Ensure timely planning, tracking, and execution of design documentation tasks to meet order requirements.
• Maintaining Lead time targets, and quality standards.
• Managing relations with the customer leveraging regular updates on requirements.
• Maintaining clear activity logs for visibility and control.
• Managing risks, budgetary constraints, and other stakeholder management.
  

Design

• Track the requirements of pending orders requiring release of design documentation
• Preparation of designs with proper models / layouts and drawings for manufacture
• Checking documents to ensure first time right in design releases
• Release of design documents in line with the metrics for lead time
• Maintain the activity log for the release of design documentation
